Bengaluru = Bangalore
alleppey = Alappuzha
Kollam is as far south of Alappuzha as Alappuzha is of Kochi/Cochin/Fort Cochin/Ernakalum (All on the west coast of Kerala)

Ooty is SW of Bangalore. Coimbatore is south and slightly east of Ooty
